In Andorra you can enjoy wonderful ski slopes, enabled, protected and marked for the descent by bike. Both GrandValira and Vallnord have opted to open their slopes to mountain biking. There are downhill slopes of all levels and instructors that will inform you. They can guide or give classes. If you don't have your own, you will also be able to rent specific materials (including bikes and personal protections) in the shops around our Himàlaia Experience hotels.
In addition, Himàlaia Experience Hotels have their own mountain bikes to lend to their guests and take rides in the area (not descent). In the following links we show you several examples of MTB tours in Andorra with different degrees of difficulty:
In summer you have the possibility to enjoy the exciting and new Moutain Bike Park Grandvalira, just 50 meters from the Hotel Himàlaia de Soldeu, concentrated in the same sector of Grandvalira-Soldeu with different mountain bike routes and cross-country levels, a slopestyle track, different Freeride tours and a circuit of modules. All this with the advice of professional experts in mountain biking and with views and routes of great scenic beauty.
Various ski passes are available to visitors who want to enjoy authentic high-mountain trails downhill to be able to later access to the highest points through the ski lifts of the resort. Himàlaia guides will advise you when choosing the mode, the best dates and the difficulty of itineraries and they will make your reservation so you don't have to worry about anything.
